Petite Leon is easily one of the best dining experiences in France. I have dined almost everywhere. I am a private chef by trade with ultra high net worth clientele, I cannot fault Petite Leon on any metric. The meal and service was faultless. Upon arrival you are greeted by a gorgeous outdoor dining area, friendly attentive staff who understand the balance between a welcoming familiarity and professionalism. The majority of the produce has been sourced within 15kms of the restaurant. The portions were thoughtful and the course progression and timing absolutely immaculate. This was our second visit to Le Petit Léon and it was again superb, such amazing food in a beautiful setting with wonderful service. It is Michelin Star quality at nowhere near London prices. We did 7 courses with wine pairings which were all superb, however the pigeon dish deserves a special mention as it was totally devine. I am Coeliac and this was catered for with no issues and all my dishes where adapted to keep them as close to the main menu as possible which is rare as restaurants normally substitute with something completely different. If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion or wanting to go somewhere that bit special whilst on holiday then this is the place to go.
We return to Le petit Léon every year for the past 5 years and it is always an amazing experience! The location is beautiful, the service is impeccable and the food is always delicious, surprising and innovative!! A real work of art. It’s the highlight of our summer vacation. We’ve been here with our children and just as a couple- on all occasions we are always made to feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you again for a beautiful experience!
This is an incredible gourmet experience, in a garden setting, with stylish and friendly staff. The food is sophisticated and delicious, never for show-off, with local ingredients. Very inventive, delicious. Don’t miss it!
