Le Petit Paris - Table reservation

Another absolutely wonderful night at Le Petit Paris. Birthday celebration for our dear friend was made even more special thanks to our charming friend and owner Alain, who makes every meal feel like coming home. His warmth and charm add to the great dining experience. Best French onion soup you will ever have! Every dish is a delight followed by an apple tart that is divine. You may even encounter some very notable Chicagoans seated at the next table! Truly an exceptional place to dine!!!!

the owner was so rude that it was hard to believe. I've never been treated like this before and at almost 75 years I have had a lot of experience in restaurants. when we were gone, I went home and read all the reviews of the owner and I couldn't believe what I read. there were some good reviews and a good number that read like our experience and some where the owner treated people worse than we. we will never return to this facility and share our experience with our friends.

that was the first time I had eaten there. it's really a 'hidden jewel'! it's 'off the beaten path ', but totally worth the effort to find. I was in paris at a series of locations and eating at some fantastic diocese/brasseria (e.g. bofinger) and le petit paris is in the same class. what a pleasant culinary experience. I'll be back soon!

our third visit. more planned. a real gem. one in our party (here first visit) began, impatiently waiting for the next course of habituality. I told her she's in paris now and enjoying. they changed the setting and we all had a nice dinner and experience. eating the wine, the ambiente and the service were exemplary. h. orlow

eating and service by chef alain was exceptional. we enjoyed white fish and calf liver. Wonderful date night. really like a pariser bistro.
