disappointed, especially by the Paris-Brest of snails, which arrived warm and which left on our request in the kitchen, there was a preparation where the tomato purée took it very clearly on snails and parsley sauce. a note also the almost indecent character of the micro glass of magniac to € taken with foie gras.
Just had a delicious meal here. Service was very good and welcoming. The tuna carpaccio starter melted in the mouth and the duck confit was tender and flavoursome with dauphinoise potatoes, mushrooms and creamed carrots. Well worth a visit.
