"Several times visited during karaoke evenings with theme meals (paella, hot boxes, etc). We have never been disappointed. This time, the boss put the little dishes in the big ones by offering us a sylvestre evening at the Vitteaux party room.After the house aperitif (ratafia and burgundy cream) accompanied by amusing mouths, a wonderful persilded ham and scented verrins arrives a copyful slice of game terrine, then a fish homardine sauce really excellent. A break is necessary and here is a burgundy hole that falls to peak, yes we are chauvinated here, grape marc and lemon sorbet, the time to swallow this divine nectar and here is the meat: a huge cooked charolais paved with a creamy sauce with fresh mushrooms. We're already well-located. The dance steps are getting harder and harder, and we feel a heavier hour in time and wonder why? A series of Jura cheeses and a small individual raspberry have finished us but it's a day of the year, we'll make diet later. Is it over??????? and no, around 2:00 a.m. a soup onion that smells hummm !!!! Of course, we take it, just to tell us that it will drain the meal and give us good conscience and coffee at will. All this in a musical atmosphere animated by a regional dj that didn't just put us on the street drunk.
