"Several times visited during karaoke evenings with theme meals (paella, hot boxes, etc). We have never been disappointed. This time, the boss put the little dishes in the big ones by offering us a sylvestre evening at the Vitteaux party room.After the house aperitif (ratafia and burgundy cream) accompanied by amusing mouths, a wonderful persilded ham and scented verrins arrives a copyful slice of game terrine, then a fish homardine sauce really excellent. Plusieurs fois visité lors de soirées karaoké avec des repas à thèmes (paella, boites chaudes, etc..), nous n'avons jamais été déçus.Cette fois, le "patron" a mis les petits plats dans les grands en nous proposant une soirée St Sylvestre à la salle des fêtes de Vitteaux.Après l'apéritif maison (ratafia et crémant de Bourgogne) accompagné d'amuse bouches, d'un merveilleux jambon persillé et de verrines parfumées arrive une copieuse tranche de terrine de gibier, puis un poisson sauce homardine vraiment excellent.Une pause s'impose et justement voilà un trou bourguignon qui tombe à pic, eh oui nous sommes chauvins par ici, marc de raisin et sorbet citron, le temps d'avaler ce divin nectar et vo...
