The refuge of Gève when you are cold, hungry, and want to put its gloves to warm near the fireplace, it is paradise. The atmosphere is very friendly, the service a little abrupt but warm. We were in a group then we ordered two ravioli with spinach and old County. We use ourselves for the plates, we distribute the cutlery, we get up to get the drinks, it's really good. The gratin was not very fine, there was a lot of water in the bottom of the dish, but it was good and comforting and honestly that's all I needed. In dessert I took the peated lemon pie: no great gastronomy, lots of cream, dough, meringue... but it was fairly balanced, generously served and homemade! Evidently being in the hear...

a real pleasure to stay at the gum shelter. the place is beautiful and preserved, in the forest and with horses. the terrace is very pleasant, perfect for a refreshment after a day of hiking. We were able to enjoy the night, with meals at night: the kitchen is good, with local products. The hosts are very nice! the night was comfortable in the small houses, and the next day we returned to the hike after a hearty breakfast and the picnic already ready. It makes us want to test again, but winter

It's all done at home. a pleasant break in the middle of a day of skiing or hiking in snowshoes. the dishes of the day are often appealing, but being the first because they disappear quickly. The pictures speak of themselves, an exceptional environment. Possibility of making pony or horse during the summer. Hiking trip to the Molière plateau in particular. Always as good! Rustic (it is a refuge, not a restaurant), but nice welcome, comfortable after a skating session, and especially delicious meals! Hot wine very good too! We spend several times a month in winter!
