Very unpleasant lady at the food counter. She will speak nothing but French, with absolutely no effort to be understood. This is bad for business in a place like this. The salad and desserts were great. Unfortunately, we had undercooked chicken for one of the children's meals. Without apology, the exchange took place as if nothing had happened. Of course it’s self-service, so we know it will be simple, but simple can be good too and with a minimum of quality! With only one hot dish to offer, it should be at least good, hot, tasty and well prepared, it was quite the opposite. Healthy and quality cuisine. Helpful and smiling staff. Tables under parasols and inside have been set up to protect you from the heat wave. The cockerel was delicious with its lentils despite the hot temperature! Nice decoration. Continue in this way in order to treat us before or after visiting the castle.
