Le relais offers Provençal cooking in a farm fish to table restaurant with attention to presentation and sourced with fresh organic ingredients from both their garden and local farms fish mongers. The view of the Mediterranean is breathtaking as the restaurant sits above the French Riviera nestled into a hill crest of a park. The staff were professional and friendly in their knowledge of the food and wine. The chef cooked a leg of lamb with Rosemary potatoes and garlic and root vegetables...classic French Provençal style. We stayed here for 2 nights and had dinner one night. The cabin was well appointed and immaculate. Although very quiet, it was a nice break from busier travel days to enjoy the tennis courts and pool. The meal was excellent and they dropped off fresh pastries outside our door each morning. The only drawback from visit was that the roads can be quite harrowing. The best way to arrive would be on the road from Le Lavendou. We took a different route (coming from St. Tropez and the drive was quite frightening (as someone who isn't used to narrow roads, elevation, switchbacks etc. The view is spectacular once you get there! We have eaten here several times over the past few years. It has always been very good. Last year it was closed for renovations. But this year open again and what superb renovations and superb food. Looking forwards to next year as the service and food was exceptional
