A few years ago we had to spend a week there and as we were delighted with the quality of the restaurant, passing through the city we have lunch! and the disappointment we have lunch on the outside near the swimming pool, the dirty, swept terrace, plastic tables and chairs of the flowers grilled in some broken gardeners! The welcome was well intertwined: crab tartar no sanitation just of the peas and pomegranates and sauce tasks! then comes a dry cassoulet on the top and an ultra fat sausage and I a vulgar calf slice with a cold purée and asparagus we decided to stay there no desserts chef revive your copies and cookbooks because for a 4 stars it is medium stop central finished we will pass...
Following the organization of my birthday (35 people at Mercury the Octan in Castres. I would like to thank Mrs. and Mr. Fraysse owner and their team (Alexandre, Armance, Wilfried, Sarah and their Chef... For their organization and the quality of the service, for their benevolent reception, the exemplary quality of their products, the comfort of the rooms and I also forget the breakfast with the sausage of Toulouse and its eggs made rusty. In short, a huge Thanks to you for this good and great moment that will remain a very good memory for me and my friends!
Very pleasant stay in this hotel, remarkably located in the city center of Castres, quiet. Very warm welcome, large and very clean rooms. The staff is really at the breakfast, whether on arrival, at the restaurant at night, at breakfast or at the start. A real pleasure to feel considered with so much attention, all for a very affordable price. A hotel to be highly recommended.
Hotel impeccable whether it is the rooms the restaurant or common areas. Careful for the parking lot if you've scheduled to arrive late. You will have to park along the road because the small parking lot is very fast full.
