A year ago I ate at the Palladium. The goat cheese salad was great. For 26 CHF, it had lovely melted cheese with figs, raisins on pieces of tasty toasted bread. The whole show. Worth the price.I was back last week and ordered the same salad. It was small, the cheese was not heated, (raw and cold) there were no raisins, no figs... just plain green salad with red cabbage and an awful standard sauce. I had to ask for some balsamic vinegar. The cheese was on slices of thick, limp, tasteless, non-toasted bread. The same bread served on the table. My husband had Spaghetti bolognese. A disaster.
