Rouge. Une cuisine juste, précise, sans fioritures inutiles. Une ambiance vivante, comme on les aime. Et surtout un staff 5 étoiles — attentif, naturel, parfaitement en place. Le genre d’adresse qui rappelle qu’un grand déjeuner ou diner, c’est autant l’assiette que l’âme du lieu.
Time to say a personal thank you to the entire Rouge team and specifically Antoine Lorieul who has looked after my family and friends this entire season. We are always heartily welcomed and have spent some of our best memories in Verbier at Le Rouge!
