I usually don't write reviews for restaurants, but I feel the need to let everyone know how fabulous le royal is. located in a beautiful corner of the pyrenees, it is a gastromonic gem that I would recommend to anyone visiting the opposite. my favorite restaurant in the world.
Absolutely first class. Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere and some quirky local characters in the bar for good measure. Why waste your money on the inflated prices in the château restaurant around the corner when you can enjoy a real taste of Catalan France here?
the photos of the place (a terrace with yellow chairs) are not really from the restaurant, but from the le grand hotel, but the place is super charming yet. kellner is about friendly, eating is decent.
excellent. absolutely excellent. some of the best food I've ever had. fantastic friendly staff who were able to meet on a series of nutritional requirements. most recommended especially the big mammas!
