I think this restaurant is suffering from a severe lack of staff, the food is nice but only if you can get it firstly before your tastebuds have dies of starvation and secondly if it can be brought to the table hot, I appreciate Blu steak is raw, but it’s warm on the outside and the chips shouldn’t be cold. We had no choice but to leave half way through the meal, the staff were also quite rude, which is a sign they are also stressed as there is no need to shout at people. Maybe next year they can get their act together, the Hotel Des Voyageurs is so much better just 25m down the road.
We ate well-made and good dishes but we were served almost an hour after our arrival. this waiting time has eventually been the subject of discussions between patient clients. servers take all the dissatisfaction of customers while it is clearly a choice of the boss that reduce the number of cooks and waiters. servers that do their best and are friendly. which must be a pleasant moment becomes a moment of general energement. Too bad. people in a hurry to abstain!
we ate twice in this restaurant, every time very long waiting and the second time waitress without any professionalism that allowed for thoughts displaced for a waitress! On the other hand, the other waitress (a young blonde sorry I don't know her name) was of exemplary kindness and delicacy. for the meal it was good and we had the coffees offered for waiting.
reception and friendly service and yet it could have gone wrong, bad movement, table that moves, bottle of water exploded on the ground, glasses of beer spilled on the table, we have to say that we were under the arches, the ground is not very flat: except that the kitchen is excellent, a good address not to be missed.

The place got some good reviews and has a good look. It took a while before staff was taken our order. The food was ok, but not special and we never have been asked to have a second drink. We took an ice desert, this was a big mistake, not tasty, not decorated. Overal a poor service and moment.

UPDATE the case is for sale, so GESLOTEN. Last year the card was better, the choice is limited to 2019 5 stars 2020 3 stars 2021. Friendly service.
