Have you read Nose to Tail Eating by Fergus Henderson? Would you like to give eating some ot the recepies a try? Then this restaurant may be for you. We had pork cheek (joue de porc) last time we were there, and it was delicious. But perhaps not for the faint at heart although probably much healthier than what most people eat nowadays. we arrived hot and sweaty during the bike tour, but were greeted with a smile and a table with a sunshade was set up for us outside. we were pleased to have the plate du jour of grilled jambon frites, followed by ile flotant. All...serves quickly and kindly from a charming host who hasn't spoken English, but she's graciously set up with our pigeon franchise! great value.
