I took 10 dishes. The goal was to identify the Chief's work. Its cuisine is elaborated, tasteful, with a desire for exploration at the service of Taste. The whole is homogeneous, worked, with some simple settings, type cooking of the Cerf that was raw, so exaggeratedly powerful. On the other hand, wine culture is absent as the card does not exist. An aberration in a gourmet restaurant that ignores our heritage. It's really right!! In the end, I'll come back for the chief, because the talent is there, but just for the menu. Without water, without wine... and with frustration.

incredible culinary experience I highly recommend if you want to discover a rare universe and incredible flavors. experience to try for me I lived a real culinary orgasm with flavors of ndes that I did not know I highly recommend this restaurant and I will come back there with great pleasure.
An amazing taste experience, the chef plays with brio with textures and flavors. I particularly enjoyed the touches of aromatic herbs carefully placed up to the signature dessert “plant garden”. The service is discreet and effective. Careful, comfortable but a little dark.

Excellent cuisine, faithful to its reputation, nothing to say, But qlq ' errors' of service... A little pity for such an establishment because everything counts and it is often forgotten.
