After a long, leisurely walk and shopping in the Nation area we stopped in for dinner. The restaurant was busy and we were seated quickly. Ordered a bottle of wine. With the wine came great seasoned olives. Our dinner order was then taken. We had a fabulous steak - skirt cut - rare - with fries and garden greens. Also a Salmon filet on a plate of garden vegetables. Everything was delicious. Service was attentive, and we never felt rushed or avoided. Exactly as we expect. Note: We stayed at the Grand Hotel Francais on Boulevard Voltaire and this was an easy 10-15 minute walk.
We had passed this place a couple of times on an evening and thought it looked interesting but it time we came for dinner it seemed to close around 6 pm so hadn't had the chance to try it out. On our final day staying in the area we had breakfast here and were pleased to find a coffee with fresh milk having had the experience elsewhere of being offered condensed milk as milk for coffee! The breakfast was delicious and other guests seemed to be enjoying theirs, just wish we had dropped in earlier!
When I went with my daughter around 11:45 a.m. on Saturday morning at the nation terminus to take a coffee and a hot chocolate the brown guy who was wearing glasses that was at the bar with a midday accent refused that I sat with my daughter on a table that was visibly free since there were no covers and offered to sit at a smoker terrace table so I replied that I was not four years old. nice
we had taken 2 succulent and generous salads served by a smiling and pleasant server. the tomatoes peeled with love, cooking perfect potatoes, flavoured seasoning and this hot goat in a fried brick sheet! this address was a very good choice. small flat, the interior terrace is taken by smokers, non-smoking to abstain at the risk of being highly incommodated.

We have lunch there on Tuesday, May 16th.The veal/puree / grape liver was excellent and cooking in accordance with our expectation. Tables and chairs are comfortable. The small room at the bottom left was pleasant and noisy on the day of our passage.Price in agreement with that of the other breweries. We'll go back.

the terminus closes at 8:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. the staff began to store the chairs and sweep almost under our feet.It had to pay the note before finishing our glasses, very unpleasant.
as usual welcome very nice very pro meal very good with appropriate suggestions ideal for the noon you will even have the coucou of the patronne always as welcoming

the quality of the dishes is still there but I had to call a 15mn server after being installed. Too bad because after the server was available and helpful.
