The good: A quiet and quiet location, the rooms were super clean and the view was great. The bed was excellent. The bad: For the amount of money paid, you would expect a daily filling of soap (as they have asked, they brought us what was necessary, but this should be done without asking specifically IMO and better breakfast if you pay so much and don't even get an omelette (extra charge of about 20chf for the shield on the table and need to ask specifically for coffee (including asking to have it directly). Cheaper and simple hotels offer egg/Omette and offer coffee pots. Overall: A refreshing but not yet good value for money.
catastrophic expansion with temperatures up to 26/28 degrees in space and very dey air. They owe it to the Walliser administration, which prohibits thermostats in the rooms. The heating is as high as the big restaurant. Only the possibility of lowering the temperature is to open the windows and add electric humidifiers, damage the glaciers and the environment and ruin energy consumption. My nose ended with bleeding and my eyes were red and swollen. A devastating skiing holiday.
Great hotel, breakfast is amazing as well the view from the area. It's slightly up the hill so requires a bit of stamina to get there by foot. That bar terrasse with an open fireplace in the middle to seat around and have some drinks while enjoying the view is beautiful.
It's an amazing hotel. I saw the best housekeeping staff. Spa is also careful. The only disappointment was the restaurant La Muña. Super mediocre food with bad service, overpriced by even Swiss standards. The lobby restaurant, on the other hand, was really amazing.
