Friday night on foot. Many previous visits (see reviews) and a total change in attitude. Arrogance, starts ok with a 45-minute waiting for the pizza, moves to 2 hours when the owner who drove us home before he gets involved. Half empty, nothing in the... 2 hours! Joke. Then go more from our group after sending a “that goes to TA commentary” and he throws a small French family, this new group of arrivals get pizzas in 5 minutes. If you have a bad day, don't take it on walk-ins. Then you won't face 2. Boxing your 4 dried pizzas attached.
We was recommended this restaurant by our Chalet 'The Alpine Lodge' on their day off. It's a great little restaurant with a cosy welcoming atmosphere. We was a party of 8 (inc 4 teenage boys) that just walked in off the street with no booking, and they catered for us easily. (Summer time)The food was great with large portions. I recommend the Duck Breast which was probably one of the best I've ever had. The eight of us had mains, deserts and drinks, including 1 bottle of wine and bill was about €240.
Our chalet host booked our table for 6 and we had no problems with the reservation, or the staff who were friendly and efficient. Large, lively place that gets very busy which may mean waiting a while for orders but not a problem for us and all in all the service, food and drink were good and the prices reasonable. The ribs were very tasty! Would return.
If you're looking for a place to have a straightforward meal after a good day of skiing, Le Tyrol is one of the better spots. There's a small bar and an open fireplace where pizzas are prepared. The service is good and the restaurant is always full. Make reservations or you might be in for a disappointment.

Recommended by our Hotel Chamois d'Or, this place has attracted all boxes. Service was very charming and fast. Sitting comfortably, we had asked for a table that was a bit quieter and next to a window and that was recorded. Food was delicious, we had a traditional fondue and it was enormous.
Some days when you have been skiing you just want a great pizza or similar hearty food. This place does the job brilliantly with fast efficient service and serving up tasty good value food. A decent wine list and beer selection and a nice selection...of desserts too.
Pre-booked before our arrival in Les Gets but either I or the restaurant had the wrong time. Very rude and shrugged shoulders. Didn't suggest we wait at the bar until a table became free. Had a take away another night and again quite rude and offhand.
Booked as part of a large group. This restaurant always delivers for value for money. we all had pizzas which were super. Its a typical rustic, cosy ski resort restaurant. More variety (particularly for vegetarians) would be good.

Had really nice time here, food was excellent and service was very good. provided a table that allowed us to store my granddaughters buggies out of the way.
Beautiful intimate meeting with friends with a menu that had something for everyone... great ambience that Les Gets abused!
