I love this place. I've had one of the BEST sandwiches and pastries here. The downside is that sometimes they forget the order. The other day, I ordered two almond croissants and two sandwiches. I picked up the order and went home (I live 20 min away from this place), only to realize that they had forgotten my almond croissants. I called and asked for a refund as I live too far away to go back to pick them up. They said they would, but they have yet to refund me. I met a friend for coffee here this week, and I was surprised to find the place empty when we arrived, especially since it looked nice inside. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The person at the counter ignored us for a while, and when they finally acknowledged us, their rudeness was almost comical—it was so awkward that I couldn't help but laugh. The customer service was among the worst I've encountered, though perhaps she was just having a bad day. The coffee was decent, but the croissant was cold and chewy. Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience.
This one is in downtown Chicago and the place is filthy dirty, patrons are ?cleaning? tables and chairs with paper napkins while workers behind the counters watch. The amount of plastic and waste is appalling. I dislike the computer ordering station whichprecludes any actual human interaction. The food is satisfactory at best and would be better with actual plates and cutlery.Embarrassing.

I absolutely love the bread here; it's incredibly delicious and freshly baked! I want to try everything on the menu. The restaurant is spacious and airy, with plenty of tables where you can savor your meal. While the food is available to go, you can also sit down and enjoy it right there. The service is really fast too!
