Was sent Ledos email today about National Cheese Pizza Day for 10.00 purchase you get a free 8inch cheese pizza if order in app or online for rewards members. I was like deal, I am rewards member. Neither App nor online website would accept the reward said something went wrong with application, reward not valid I called location to advise them but to see if would honor it if placed over phone. Gentlemen on phone said if you come by, I will honor it if you can show me error. The food was fine, exactly what you’d expect at any Ledos. The service was awful. I was sitting with a full view of behind the counter. The only server sat in a chair texting on his phone almost the entire time we were there, while the other girl was actually working the front desk. The dining room had about 8 tables of customers and the guy would sit and text for 15-20 minute stretches. We had three small children who were starting to lose patience. In order to get the check I had to stare at the guy for 5+ minutes until he decided to look up from his phone. He never came back for our cards so I had to bring them up to the counter. I always order from here they are very quick its only about 20 minutes when I place my order before it’s ready which is nice . I think the workers are friendly I have been coming here about 2 years and have interacted with different employees always have been friendly.I like the fact they open the pizza box so you can see it before you leave I would recommend the steak and cheese so good yummy yummy thanks for the great food and service! Recently held a school fundraiser there and Daniel was amazing! Due to an unfortunate call-out, he was a one-man-show but he hustled to make sure every customer, whether dine-in or carryout, was taken care of.
