The staff member who assisted me was very kind. This was my second visit to the restaurant. However, I found the establishment to be quite dirty, and it lacked basic items like soy sauce, cutlery, and napkins for my meal. I had to return to the counter and wait in line again to get these essentials, which was frustrating. The overall cleanliness needed improvement; all the tables required wiping down, and the floor was very slippery. One of the dishes I ordered, the Mongolian chicken, was overcooked, but the other dish I tried was excellent and a different type of chicken. Despite these issues, I would consider going back and would recommend it to others.
UDPATE: I think they've hired some new workers. The location is back to the way I used to remember it, which is great. There is also a Hispanic gentleman who works there now... from the way he carries himself, I think he might be the supervisor (not sure). But he is amazing and his customer service is great. I will start coming to this location again. Wow, what happened to this location? Customer service is terrible, employees look like they literally hate their lives and as if you're an inconvenience going there. The food is even worse, ...either old, soggy, or not enough flavor. It's unfortunate since this used to be my favorite location.
We ordered through DoorDash and got the Dynasty plate with two entrees. One had cashew chicken and orange chicken. I really enjoyed the cashew chicken, but the orange chicken had more breading than meat. The other plate included Thai chicken curry and beef with broccoli. The curry chicken was tasty, but the beef was tough to eat. There were more veggies than broccoli, which I didn’t mind. The potstickers were good, but the cream cheese wontons weren’t crispy and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. Overall, the meal was okay but could have been better.
I've visited this restaurant frequently, with my most recent trip just yesterday. I love that every time I go, the staff and customers alike are genuinely friendly and smiling. I'm always eager to try new dishes, but I often find myself returning to my favorites, like the sweet and sour chicken and General Tso's chicken. I also appreciate the mixed noodles, which allow me to avoid any spicy components if I choose. It's great that the dining room is open, as it gives me the option to enjoy my meal there instead of just getting takeout. I know I'll be back again soon!

Leeann Chin was clean, but not very family-friendly since the staff yelled at the children in our group. We faced a long wait because of staff shortages, causing a line that stretched out the door. Additionally, the menu lacked seasoning, even on basic items like pepper, making the food unappealing for families. Overall, I do not plan to return to this Leeann Chin location due to the rude behavior of the staff.
Leeann Chin had no air conditioning on a 95-degree day, and the staff were using wet rags on their necks to stay cool. Unfortunately, we decided to leave and try another place instead. The menu looked promising, but the uncomfortable environment made it hard to enjoy.
The floor was freshly cleaned, and I was greeted right away at the entrance. The food was prepared quickly, and the staff were friendly. They are working on enhancing the experience for those waiting in longer lines for food.
The food at this restaurant is amazing, always made fresh for us! The customer service is excellent too. This is definitely one of our favorite spots for a quick and tasty meal.

The food was great, as usual, but my wife thought the Orange chicken was spicier than she anticipated. It was actually spicier than my Mongolian chicken!
Great food! So many decisions great value. Will eat here again.If you stop, you should try the sniper shrimps!
