I placed an online order at Papa Murphy's and went to pick it up, but I ended up waiting for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging that I was there. When I finally asked about my order, I was told that they couldn’t make it in family size and had to cancel it. The employees were unable to cancel it themselves and had to reach out to the owner. I had already paid online, didn’t receive my food, and now had to wait for the owner to cancel the order. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating. I spent 20 minutes past my scheduled pick-up time trying to resolve the issue, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had with Papa Murphy’s. I definitely do not recommend this location.

Feeling frustrated, I requested to cancel my order, but the staff couldn't assist me and had to call the owner instead. I had already paid online but didn’t receive my food until the owner finally canceled the order. It was quite a hassle, and I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes beyond my scheduled pick-up time. This was my worst experience with Papa Murphy's, and I would not recommend this location.
Not satisfied. I ordered two gluten-free pizzas, but they only had one available. They should prepare more. When I requested a refund, they couldn’t credit it back to my card and had to give me cash instead. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. From now on, I’ll be going to the Lexington Papa Murphy’s location, where I’ve never had any issues.
I enjoyed another wonderful dining experience at this restaurant, just like always. The family-sized sausage and pepperoni pizza was absolutely delicious. I really look forward to coming here once a month for a late-night meal. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.

Service at Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza was extremely slow. Rather than two staff members assisting customers, they spent their time chatting. The pizza did not meet expectations, and the menu left much to be desired.
We recently switched to this location from the Blaine one. We are very happy we did, this location is very clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. We will be back.
The food at this restaurant is always excellent. I often order the family sausage and pepperoni pizza, and it never disappoints. I enjoy visiting at least once a month.
This restaurant is now under new management, and it is exceptionally clean and inviting as soon as you walk in! The service is outstanding, just as it should be.
