Best as a takeout restaurant, no the customer service isn't traditionally American where they're overly happy to see you. That's because they're not American, and when you're ordering Chinese food, you don't WANT them to be American (unless you want bad Chinese food. Myself and coworkers eat here all the time. My wife and I have eaten there as well for years. The other day we ordered foot for a total cost of 29.50. 2 days later I seen my bank statement for 59.50 so they added a $30 tip on there own. This is unacceptable so I called the back to stop the payment and get a new card. We will never eat there again. At the end of the day this is stealing if you ask my opinion.

Without a doubt, this is the best Chinese food in Cincinnati—perhaps even all of Ohio. We've been regulars for years, and the quality has consistently been outstanding! You really can't go wrong here. I highly recommend it!

Asked for beef and broccoli but got beef and pepper. All good the place tastes great just wish I going what I payed for and only 3 stripes of cat ' I meant meat ' meow
