updat at bottom da uber eats that has not dissolved, I go to google. a friend and I ordered two (2) chest, upper leg, atn mealtimes. after approx. 40 minutes the NICE driver arrived. She's not the problem here. lees made obviously my order as soon as it was received and let it sit on a warming tablet for 30 minutes; our food was lukewarm. further, instead of getting thighs, we got nasty dry wings. the manager was rude when my buddy called and said that she personally packed the order and it was? I didn't make a mistake. then click, she hangs. uber eats has never solved this, the manager has not. update uber eats has refunded my ordering costs. Chuck the mother company reacted to my thinking....
I’m a delivery driver and this is by far the worst and slowest restaurant in Englewood!!! Not counting people are lined out to the street with people flying around like crazy! I’m declining all offers from this place!! You have a automatic order taker and your still slower then molasses going up hill!! By the way so far sat here 40 minutes and I made this review while sitting in line!! And I’m still two cars behind how crazy!!!
In the past two to four weeks, the service at this restaurant has declined. The buns are old and hard, with too much broth. The broth would be better if it wasn't fried so hard. The sides are lukewarm and seem old. I would rather drive the extra mile to Englewood for better buns. If I wanted hard buns and half-warmed sides, I would just go to Lee's in Trotwood.
Normally I don?t have any issues but tonight I went to get dinner for the kids and I. I order a 5 piece chicken strip meal with Mac and cheese and cole slaw. Got home to see green beans instead and the Mac and cheese tasted like it had been sitting there a while but the chicken was good nonetheless. This was Saturday around 7:30 possibly a bit before

The dining experience was severely overpriced. They forgot a part of my order and a portion of our meal was spoiled. I witnessed a young lady spill tea on the counter. She wiped the counter with a towel, then proceeded to clean the floor with the same towel before using it again to wipe the counter. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
we had to throw away the cookies, they had to have been days old, hard as rocks. they put fresh chicken on old, who were stone cold and dry out. in the round lost the half of our meal and it is not as cheap as it is. the potato claws were good. Unfortunately, the drive thru order process is now a pain to treat. disappointed and not go back.
Love going to Lee's. My favorite chicken joint to go to. I will say that I was surprised that they have an automated voice that takes orders now in the drive thru. Make sure to ask for sauce you want over the drive thru because it doesn't prompt you and they'll automatically give you BBQ it seems
Food is tastey and always fresh in this amazing place. Both Famous and especially spicy ?are really good. The staff is super friendly both in store and at the drive-thru window. Stepping in it's also impressive how clean and well run this place is. Can't wait for my next visit.

Ordered online and waited 20 minutes once we got there. Order was missing the sauces and the butter for the biscuits. Food was pretty good. I will probably try another location these folks were stressed.
The automated voice that takes your entire order at the speaker in the drive through is horrible. It takes way longer than a regular person. Food was not that warm.
