This place is in a hidden corner of a strip mall that is pretty empty. The place is clean and look good. The waitress was great and attentive and super friendly. She took our order and we waited. I had a chicken sandwich at the hot level which shows 3 peppers as the spice level. It was much hotter than that, almost impossible to eat. I eat spicy food but this was almost too much. Good flavor and juicy but still outrageously hot. We didnt ask about this so it was our fault. Apart from that and the place being mostly empty at lunch time was pretty much the only odd thing. I came here two three times before. The quality hasn't been the same since I came the last time. I ate once in the restaurant and two times I took to take out. But last time I went to go take out the chicken was cooked on the inside well however on the outside there was way too much breading and the sauce was completely covering the wings. The flavor was a little overpowering. I feel like the kitchen stuff or wherever was there before is not there. I hope to go again and revisit when the quality of the flavors of fried chicken and sausage are back on par.This plaza has a lot of parking spots.
My son an I go to Legends in Hawaiian Gardens at least 1-2 times a month. We have tried many of the local chicken places and they can't Cluck it. The heat on this chicken is on point. I haven't gotten to the hottest level yet. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They haven't always been very nice to my son and me. The ambiance of the restaurant is very casual and laid back. They have plenty of TV to catch a game if needed.

Solid spot for fried chicken. Husband felt like it was not crispy enough and felt more like the breading on chicken sandwiches instead of friend chicken, if that makes sense? They do appear to be known for their sammies though so maybe we'll be back to try those next time. Service was okay. I also thought it was funny they had a sign up saying they no longer offer refunds if the food is too spicy xD
Worst place to visit. This was my first time here and she(manager) declined to take the order without giving any justification. Very bad attitude and rude behavior. I feel that lady decides their offers based on the guests.

I thought I could take the legend sauce but it was spicy . Only was able to finish half. The hot tenders were good. There's indoor seating and tvs on the walls.
Picked up food but service was good and courteous also timely welcoming environment n the food was very good highly recommend it
