We had a really pleasant Saturday evening at The Leigh Bistro. The quality of the food was excellent, the price very reasonable and the customer service was great. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff are extremely accommodating, especially the owner who took time to chat to us which we appreciated. Not a swanky, pretentious restaurant but an informal bistro with delicious home-cooked food and a good atmosphere the night we visited. I wish the new owner every success. We will be back very soon without doubt.
I rarely leave reviews but I had the best meal I've eaten in ages! Im not a big foodie but am not often very impressed and quite often disappointed. ut both starter and main were delicious! Also the staff member, may have been the owner I think, was really friendly and nice. The price for the weekday deal was very reasonable for such quality and I will definitely be returning to sample more of the menu. Food: 5

beautiful place with beautiful eating. the staff is friendly, attentive and helpful, as far as it helped an older couple to safely cross the road. only a wonderful little sound and we will definitely return.
