Leimen is a few kms outside Heidelberg in a quiet suburb. The Brauhaus is situated just back from the main street, unimposing from the outside, it's like a Tardis when you walk in and find drinking areas and eating areas before you. We were advised...to book a table especially at weekends, but the service was quick, efficient and extremely pleasant. The portions were Germanic and about as much as we could eat. Great food, great beer and great service. What more can you ask?
Our dinners on the Leimen town square were very good with excellent service with the staff being attentive and friendly. There were three of us and we each had a different entree. We would not hesitate to visit the Leimener Brauhous again and would highly...recommend it to anyone wishing to eat and relax for the evening. May not be suitable for children unless your eating outside.
I lived about meters from this Brauhaus restaurant for years. I've eaten their food and enjoyed the service there both inside and on the square. The Food was always good and very often delicious to die for. A big portion of my life...was spent there and I'm very glad for it. Absolutely no complaints after years. It's also both kid and dog friendly!
Nettes Ambiente und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Toiletten sind sauber. Allerdings merkt man hier auch stark die gestiegen Preise. Kaffee und andere Heißgetränke kommen in Mini-Tassen und haben wahrscheinlich nicht mal 0,2l. Sehr schade und preislich für mich nicht okay. Das Essen ist für den Preis auch eher eine kleine Portion. Die neuen Preise schlagen dem Fass den Boden aus. Alles wird teurer, das wissen wir. Aber was hier mittlerweile für einfache Gerichte wie Penne mit Putenstreifen (20€ abgerufen wird, ist schon over the top. Das sind Preise wie in dee Schweiz für Mittelklassegastronomie...
very nice restaurant in a small town square hidden from the main street. when they sit in the garden, they get the view of a beautiful fountain where children can play and have fun. the personal was very nice, courteous and efficient. that was great. and bier.
If you want good tasty food and great service, this is the place to go eat...if you just want drinks, go there too you may opt to, stay at the bar or stay outside in the square...staff were very nice...highly recommended..
