We had a few apprehensions, since emphytéosis is also bar and we came with family. We had not returned to this place since the name change of the old bar. But we were very pleasantly surprised! The restaurant part is separated from the bar part, so we were not in the brouhaha that can make a bar usually. The atmosphere is casual chic, like the staff, very professional and very friendly. As for the meal... a real delight. We were very well advised. We could have found the dishes a little expensive, but the quality, quantity and presentation of the dishes are well worth the price... We came out of the enchanted restaurant, promising to return very quickly!
Bar/restaurant pleasant or decoration is neat, warm welcome and quality food. The atmosphere is at the rendezvous, especially from 9pm or the bar is active. Nevertheless, we had the feeling of spending a bit on the restaurant side because the staff was overwhelmed by the lack of clarity! The wait was not unpleasant but we found it special to have to move us to order what to drink, get rid of or get our desserts damage
We organized a birthday party for 60 years with emphytéosis. The food was very good, the great atmosphere... on the other hand, we were surprised to be overcharged on the spot without being warned upstream. Please note the reservation has kindly requested a written quote...
Very average, getting fired from the table because a bottle arrived. Normally, first come, first served. For the final finish end up standing or close to the music that is very strong. We don’t get along.

Very good grilled pikes with lots of fries, the welcome was nice. A good place to go to a group or family. We were there one night, there was in addition to jazz live music. Great atmosphere!
From visual and gustative pleasure, the place is warm, with friendly music atmosphere. I recommend the formula 3 boards... excellent. The fries are falling... we'll be back soon.
