I was not expecting much in this mountain restaurant, showing only meat or cheese everywhere. But it was one of the few restaurants in Foix opening on the afternoon, it was on happycow and the menu mentioned some vegan crepes . I found out that these crepes were not actually vegan (eggs on the recipe and that the only vegan options were a poor ratatouille (supposed to be homemade, obviously frozen , regular frozen french fries, a tiny salad and a burger with some suspicious non-homemade veggie steak (with fluorescent carrots inside . very surprised by previous assessments, food is very good and generous. I took the menu with a goat salad, a butcher burger in the main dish and a meringue lemon pie. the coca was in addition for important information: they are open every day and without interruption

We've eaten very well, many options for vegetarians. Little for vegans. The owners and waiters are very friendly and attentive. They also speak Spanish.
