1st of all if you are stopping over at the nearby Ibis then make sure you make a reservation, especially at the weekend since it gets very busy. We were told we would have to wait 30 mins for a table and offered us a table outside and a drink. 50 mins later we got a table. Service was a little slow and the food was ok. Moules were good and other dishes weren't very inspiring and they could have had more Belgium dishes on offer. Beer selection was ok but lacking compared to other Belgium themed restaurants. The big disappoint was the frites, they weren't thin was you'd expect but more like a chip shop chips. Perhaps we went on a bad night.
We had lunch at this place because we knew it from its Paris franchise and like the mussels and fries plates that they offer. To be honest the food was very good, but the service and whole ambiance at the restaurant was not satisfactory at all, it had a feeling of decadence and we had to shout for a waiter every time we wanted something.If you know why you're going there, than it's value for money. And the food is tasty, but nothing more, just a quick eat and out!
Stayed at the nearby Ibis so was looking for somewhere for dinner. We noticed Leons and as we had visited Chez Leon in Brussels many times we were happy to try it.If you go here have the mussels they are great, also the selection of beers are good.The waitress was very pleasant and humored our bad French.The price was also very reasonable for what we hadWhen next in Thillois we will definitely be back
Staff were very nice.Pizza dough nice and thin though when we got it to the hotel room which is only a few minutes walk, it was soft no longer crunchy.Also, the Margarita had sweetish tomatoe sauce on it like ketchup mixed in. Value for money was o.k because we got the third pizza for only € 1.50 and we were hungry but didn't want to sit in the restaurant after a long day's driving.

Loved the food, loved the staff, first beer tasted a bit odd (maybe the glass had some washing up remnants in it) but the second and third one went down well. Left a decent tip and returned to our hotel happy. My wife thought that these were some of the best mussels she had eaten.
This gets a 5 star review just for the food. The end. The decoration is very average, the service is decent, but the food is simply delicious and will always get me going back to this place no matter where I am in the world.
I returned here recently when I stayed at the nearby Ibis Hotel. Like last time the staff were excellent and the beer and food were really first class. DONT MISS THIS PLACE!
Friendly restaurant and great if you like moules with many different varieties. A nice little children's play area to keep the little ones happy too!

A great meal of moules. Very good food and very good service. We made use of the discount from Ibis Budget which was well worthwhile.
Had the mussels wich were lacking of flavor and pretty dry. That goes for the fries as well. Friendly staff.
