I placed an order for delivery and there was a missing item. I reached out via message through Google and received a response within 40 seconds. I believe I was conversing with Omar. He apologized and offered two solutions to fix the error. It wasn't a big deal to me, but he took full responsibility. The food was great and the service was incredible. I thanked Omar for being so nice and for taking responsibility even if it wasn't his mistake. I also thanked the restaurant for staying open during the pandemic to help their family, employees, and community. The food industry played a huge role in the Covid crisis and they are essential workers too. Thank you for everything.

I am a huge fan of Leo's late-night service. Their saganaki is always delicious, and their wing dings and chicken noodle soup are also must-tries. They are the only late-night restaurant in Royal Oak that is open for service industry workers finishing their shifts between 3 and 4 in the morning. I want to give a special shoutout to Alex for always making sure our dining experience is enjoyable. Make sure to mention him when you visit. I have been a loyal customer and will continue to come back. I hope you get the chance to enjoy Leo's as well. Thank you, Leo's!

The food at this restaurant is exceptional. The omelet was cooked to perfection and exactly how I wanted it. The waitress was attentive and clearly skilled at her job, deserving of a generous tip. The fact that the royal oak location is open 24 hours is greatly appreciated. While parking can be a challenge, there is a free parking garage behind the restaurant available at night. With my non-traditional work schedule, the 24-hour service makes me want to become a regular customer in the future.
