we decided to eat outdoors and were immediately served by a very pleasant gentleman with sand-colored hairs, the great proud of providing good service he also took spoken fine English (for which we were grateful as our French is terrible.) he says many languages. we enjoyed a light lunch (except my man ordered pasta) everything was very nicely prepared and presented and we enjoyed watching people as we ate. we also ordered any other kind of beer lunch and both were very good.
Looking for a restaurant I was attracted by the attractive price. and I can tell you that I was very pleasantly surprised the boss is really at the small care with the guests the room is clean and well arranged for those who are of the meal I chose the crude formula to the more dessert the crudity was fresh with a wide choice!As soon as I go back by heavy I will go back without hesitation
We sat down at lunchtime for a drink but were told by the waiter that we had to order food as well. He was offhand (rather than rude) but totally unhelpful particularly as there were empty tables. There was no sign indicating the need to order food and I have not come across any other bar/restaurants in Lourdes with this rule le. We had our drinks 50 yards away!
we were two adults and two children. we had poulet roti (roast chicken,) pasta carbonara, braised beef in red wine and fried ice cream. the prices were reasonable. the amount was sufficient and the entire ambiente was impressive. Book a table now
a few meters from the sanctuary this restaurant offers a salad bar formula at will and dessert to 9.90€ plus several other formulas. servers are multilingual, effective and humorous despite the pressure. a recommendation.
crudities at will ok but not very fraiches....plat too simple and in addition the server thinks to have humor by telling us: and with this a blessed water carafe? Well, I didn't like it too much.
