Dans le décor d’une ancienne fabrique-musée de nougat, sur une cuisine ouverte, autour de quelques tables en intérieur et en terrasse, opère, seul, un jeune chef talentueux. N’hésitez pas à goûter la carotte/algues, mélange surprenant et goûteux, puis le poulet cuit sept heures, mais surtout ne partez pas sans avoir goûté à la brique aux fruits rouges, mélange de simplicité et de fraîcheur, qui vaut à elle seule le détour. Ce jeune Chef a du talent, c’est sûr ! À suivre.
