We arrived almost two weeks ago in Barcelona and enjoyed some local tapas, ate in Montblanc (Spain), Tarragona, Gratallops and now at this restaurant in Valls. This was by far the best meal we have enjoyed to date. The chef's salad selection and the Iberian ham and smoked salmon were both delicious. The mains consisted of shoulder lamb, black Angus steak and salmon. We finished with the mango mousse with lychee sorbet and coconut cream. All dishes were superb and good value for money. The menu selection was vast and the wine list as well. The only downside for us was finding the restaurant on our GPS and they spoke limited English.
That’s a perfect calçotada. We had been in this restaurant a few years ago for a “calçotada”, and it was perfect at that time. They keep all the essences, and it has been perfect again. Both, the cooking and quality of the calçots are simply unbeatable. The way of presenting them, inside a ‘teula’, is the proper one. They offer you as many calçots as you wish. The meat dish and the “crema catalana with orange” dessert are excellent as well. Service is extremely friendly. They offer two turns, at 13h and at 15h. We took the second one this time, and it is very convenient.
We went there for the calçots , it 's a typical dish of Valls, made of grilled onions that you dip in a delicious almond sauce. Don 't be scared by the picture, it looks quite unappetizing but it 's very good ! I also recommend the grilled vegetables and the grilled filet, very tasty.
Can't wait to return. Fabulous lunch with a very exciting menus over looking an amazing vista. Smart attentive serving staff all eager to assist. The best place yet and moved here over 2 years ago. Will drive the 3.5 hours happily to eat here again...just fabulous.

For starters: delicious “calçots” accompanied with the typical romesco sauce. Our main dish was lamb chops with vegetables. Everything was cooked on the grill and the food was great. The service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!
Road from Valls to Montblanc. Stop at this restaurant, amazing food. Excellent meats, fishes and snails, good desserts. Wide offer of Wines and cavas. Book is compulsory.
Amazing view, amazing food, and the waiters were very sweet. The menu for menu del dia was in spanish, but if you ask, they'll gladly translate it for you.
very good restaurant with large portions and good quality. it can be very busy at the weekend and they can need before they order, but it is worthy!
