Aging framework without interest5. Fig tatin, foie gras almost non-existent fortunately because it was spongy and lumpy. We reported it to the head waiter without the slightest reaction. Well..meh, I expected better. The price is not related to what is on the plate. A lot of money paid for that. Besides, all the prices are exorbitant.
