Recommended to come here by a friend. This is a nice little restaurant built into the side of a hill. The service is friendly and relaxed (ie it takes a while to be served and receive the food etc, so do not be in a rush). The selection of savoury and sweet crepes is good and tasted fantastic. The salad was nice a fresh as well. Please note that some of the options on the menu doesn't include crepes so it you specifically want a crepe be careful what you order.

Many people visit the caves - and even use the hotel on site, but the restaurant is a joy. Fantastic views, and good food. The service was also good. the tall German waiter is good in so many languages. The menu (on reflection) might seem a bit limited, but the food tastes good - and you can even see it being prepared.Turn up early to ensure a seat if you haven't booked.

We spotted this when we went to visit the Matata caves - in my view, it's better to have a meal here and save your money instead of going to the (not very exciting) caves. They have a reasonable menu - we tried the sea food salad which was well executed and our son had the kids meal. Service is nice and it's not overpriced considering the incredible location.

Loved the way the caves had been used as fine restaurant years ago. Great setting and seeing the rooms laid out how people lived in them many years ago. Like the legend of the grottes
