I stayed at the Avir Saphir Montparnasse Hotel right near the Pasteur Metro and this is literally right next door with only a grocery store separating. From the outside, it looks like any other restaurant but once you enter in, the decor sets you right back to India and the food aroma mesmerising! Was here for a conference but sneaked away from lunch on two days just to come here....and spent my last night in Paris here as well. It's always fully booked but somehow by luck, me and a friend got tables after a few minutes of waiting as patrons finished their food right on time. But highly recommended that you book in advance! We booked this restaurant through "The Fork" app after reading other rewiews on TripAdvisor. The location is close to Pasteur metro station on line 6, a little bit apart from main tourist areas. The place was similar to other Indian restaurant we visited in the past, though not particularly elegant. The waiters were kind and attentive and the food was good. All in all a positive experience, considering the discount obtained through the online reservation, but I would have given this restaurant a lower score if I had to consider the full price menu.
A friend and I didn't feel like cooking on a friday night so we decided to order Indian food. It was the first time we ordered from that place. We ordered for about 50€ of food for 2 (to try a little bit of everything) and got delivered HUGE portions.It was delicious, perfectly spiced up and so yummy. Will definitely give it another go and hopefully check up the restaurant this time.
We were looking for a place to eat near to the metro station and found this place. The service is very friendly and the food was brilliant. The waiter was very helpful in translating the menu for us and also suggest some of the items to suit our taste. All in all, one of the best Indian restaurants in Paris.

The food was served as I asked extra spicy. The restaurant was occupied with many customers which might affect the overall service. I agree with many comments that admitted this restaurant is more than fine but not an astonishing one.
The place is very near to the metro Pasteur. The chicken tikka and rotis were really nice .Mango lassi was refreshing . Service is good and the ambiance is great. Over all good experience and the cost is little above average
Indian for French tastes not too hot unless you as for food very hot (10 stars) warning you must like spicy if you ask for that. Still very tasty, best curries are lamb.
Great place and very tasty food i recommend to people who want to discover Indian food with a very high quality. Staff lovely and welcoming. I always enjoy their meals

Nice place, nice staff. Food was ok but too expensive for the quality. Madras chicken was very oily, not pleasant to eat. Cheese naan were very good.
