My husband and I passed Les Papilles Insolites en route to our hotel in Pau and decided to eat there that night. It was busy and looked so interesting. We had no idea just how fantastic the food and wine would be. big wein that stands at the middle of the place, but eating is also great. they can share a selection of small plates. it seems like a rather simple place, but eating comes beautifully presented with a really interesting combination of aromen.

great patron and cook at this place on earth, understandable and friendly. they can say that they care about the food and the wine they sell. both are highly selected and served beautifully. I want to transplant this place into my hometown.

oh, wow. we are very used to weinbare eating in france and this place is excellent. they serve small plates so that we had five between us and everything was great and the wee was also wonderful.

three of us had delicious lunch with preparation of food and presentations that was unusual and tasty. there was a fixed price menu, and some a la carte. dessert was fantastic.
