Les plats sont incroyablement travaillés, avec un accord parfait des saveurs, le soufflé en dessert est certainement un des meilleurs qu’on ait jamais goûté. L’emplacement est parfait à quelques pas du centre historique et le service impeccable. Habitués des restaurants étoilés Michelin, nous ne comprenons pas que celui-ci n’ait pas au moins une étoile.
