Les 4 Salines - Table reservation

I was happy with the room to an extent and the initial interactions with staff. However, the next day I wanted to extend my stay. The lady on reception took payment for the previous night then told me they were fully booked. I then booked...online whilst still in the hotel and went down to reception where they told me I should have booked at reception to avoid booking fees. I was not impressed. They did however manage to allow me to keep my room which I was grateful for. Finally there was no facilities to make drinks, tea or coffee etc and I was shouted at when I went to get a coffee in the morning from the machine and told I had to pay euros for the breakfast. After my hotel reservation was not honored on Le Mont. St.-Michel I was placed into a time share in Roz-sur-Couesnon. A km drive from Mont. St.-Michel I was DISAPPOINTED! The lady at the time share suggested Les Salines which is down a small...country road in a corn field. Upon arriving at pm it was not open and I had no reservations but, as soon as they opened at pm a gentleman sat us at a table. The food was magnificent that all I can say. Never quite understood what all the hoopla was about chocolate mousse. Now I know. It was incredible. If you are within km of this place, go and enjoy.

excellent value for money especially eating is amazing, the ambiente of the restaurant is perfect and in no way not pretentious, eating was really well cooked, prepared and presented

the greeting was very friendly. the room was speculative and very clean, seperate wc in the room. perfect breakfast and many gässe
