The food was terrible.I went for the more expensive menu. I had a gesiers salad with fois gras. I received a very small horrible looking piece of fois fras on a stale crust from the end of a packet of white bread. I had more lardons than gesiers and all it tasted of was oil. For the main course I ordered tournedos with a pepper sauze. The steak was cold and there was no sauce at all. It came with chips which were probably the worst chips I have ever eaten. There was not a great choice of pudding and I had a chocolate mouse which was not set. I am really surprised by my experience as there have been some good reviews on here. I will not be eating there again.
A visit to Les Trois Fleur has come to the area three times. Family running, warm and welcoming. If you are looking for haute cuisine somewhere else, but if you are looking for delicious regional cuisine in a relaxed cozy atmosphere, against the background of a Knights Templar village, then this is for you. This time standout yum went to the white flaky fish in white wine and mushroom sauce and the cream brulee. But every day is different ..Authentic French tariff in a perfect environment.
We spent four months in Limalonges from October last year and visited Les Trois Fleurs every week. It is a very friendly traditional French restaurant with seasonal dishes and a very inexpensive menu that changes every day. Joel the owner and chef is welcoming like his other family members and employees. We would recommend Les Trois Fleurs to anyone who visits Limalonges a true taste of France.
The dinner menu has been updated since our last visit and was not disappointed. Brilliant family run local restaurant. Good food and very French traditional interior.
