Have been here on several occasions mainly for the Sunday lunch but we have dined at other times. Always find the staff. very polite and helpful and the food excellent. I have read some negative reviews but whoever wrote them didn’t in my opinion do their homework. We never expected to find a restaurant like those in a city high street we got an old farmhouse with chickens running around the courtyard and the usual farm dog running after them. Old bit of machinery lying about and the odd abondoned car or tractor. The dining room has all different size of tables all with different tablecloths. To me all adds to the ambiance of the place. Had a lovely Sunday dinner. Both my husband and I are vegetarian I know in France, what are we thinking.. Lol.. and they were very accommodating in adapting their Sunday lunch for us. The starters had a variety of vegetarian options but they also adapted one of the chicken dishes to a veggie version for me as I fancied this particular starter. We had a pichet of rose wine and that was lovely too.. The staff, who I presume were the owners, made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely come back here again and would highly recommend this establishment.
Had a great visit to this lovely location. The food was nice and the service was great. We would definitely recommend a visit. We will be going back again before we head home.
The hosts are a bit mad!! But **** brilliant and the accommodation is superb. Will definitely come back as had two lovely nights
