We went to this restaurant because we had two very good experiences in the last three years during a visit to Castelnaudary, unfortunately the last one was disappointing, the first shock, the rise in inflation prices? , 23 euros the portion of cassoulet is a plate with a salad very little garnished for this price one would have enjoyed some croutons, a small goat, possibly some canard grattons. The cassoulet was very good but the final note is clearly unjustified. And to say that the cassoulet was called the dish of the poor.
We went there with family and friends and we were not disappointed! The quality/price ratio menu is undeniable! For a first true cassoulet we were not disappointed and entries and desserts were good as well. The only flat to be notified is the waiting time a little long between each dish but this is explained by the fact that it is a small restaurant, few staff and home fact and it feels! So 4 stars for the purists but you're worth 5!
they cannot go to this city without trying the cassoulet, and we have searched for a restaurant that had good reviews for their cassoulet. this is a local restaurant, friendly service with fab homemade casoulet, popular among locals. good price for lunch. it is only outside the city, parking opposite and the canal where we have a great walk before and after lunch.
Excellent cassoulet house , we love by and sincerely not disappointed with this stop , single room , good reception of the restaurant , clean establishment and cassoulet wine salad really excellent , we recommend and we will return there !
