If I had three wishes, one would be the ability to give Lettuce Eat 100 stars instead of just 5! I work in Carteret, and this cafe is the only place I ever eat. It's nestled inside the RWJ Fitness Center, right as you walk in the front door. Parking is always easy, which is a huge plus. The guys who run Lettuce Eat are amazing they are friendly, helpful, quick and efficient from the moment you order until the moment you leave. The food itself is delicious, fresh and obviously very high quality. They have tons of healthy meal and snack options, plus there are always a handful of creative, yummy specials offered each day. As if the service and the food weren't enough, the price is RIGHT at Let...
HOLY CRAP!! Ok when driving here I didn't know where it is. ITS IN THE GYM. as I eat this amazing food I am in heaven. I ordered the adobo bowl with chicken and it is unreal. And for 9$!!! What a steal. This place is low key and delicious the girl that helped me was super sweet. Please build more of these places all over. This was unreal. I recommend getting the adobo it's jam packed with veggies and avocado and it's Huge!
Loved the Caesar wrap! Perfectly healthy and the chicken felt so fresh! I'm glad muscle maker was closed and I found this GEM. For $8 a wrap with a side salad!!?!? I couldn't believe it. The wrap was full of chicken... I usually would have to pay for extra chicken somewhere else, but this was stacked. Highly recommended.
I like it, I've tried a couple different things such as there wraps, burgers, bowls, and shakes. My fav at the moment is the bourbon bowl. Nothing too fancy healthy food that taste good. The picture I included is a bourbon bowl with a mud slide proteinshake.

I ordered the veggie burger with chips and salsa. The portion was enormous for lunch, but the burger was really tasty. It was topped with fresh vegetables and had a great flavor. Next time, I might opt for a smaller meal, but it was truly delicious.
We had to call ahead of time and when we got there a number was taped to the door. You call them and they bring your order out. I got the Baja chicken panini and it was so good! I loved how you could pick a salad for a side!
Ordered today to have a lot of food and shakes delivered to my job. Everything was amazing! The delivery was on time! Can't wait to order from here again! I had the fresh and fit wrap and the mango tango shake. Perfect!
Healthy food for a cheap price, sign me up. I will be hitting them up on uber eats all the time now. The rockstar wrap was delicious and for $8.25 what a deal.
