This Wendy's location closed for a period and then reopened, but it really should have stayed shut. My husband went to get us lunch and came back with a baked potato topped with cheese and bacon, two plain double cheeseburgers, and nuggets with an iced tea. Unfortunately, the potato was missing the bacon, the cheeseburgers were loaded with toppings instead of being plain, and the nuggets were cold. To make matters worse, they didn’t even include the honey mustard sauce for the nuggets. Additionally, the iced tea they serve is awful. I'm done with Wendy's and won't be coming back—what a terrible experience.

If you're okay with waiting around 30 minutes in line, then this Wendy's might be the spot for you. I genuinely empathize with the employees, as they are frequently understaffed. The franchise owner really needs to tackle this ongoing issue. After spending 25 minutes in line with just two cars in front of me, I felt compelled to share my experience. Once you're in the drive-thru queue, you're stuck—you can’t just drive away. It’s quite frustrating. If the staffing problem isn't going to be resolved, it might be better to either close the drive-thru or think about selling the franchise.

If you don't mind waiting 30 minutes in line, then this is the Wendy's for you. I feel sympathy for the employees since they are consistently understaffed. The franchise owner really needs to address this issue, which has been a problem for years. After waiting 25 minutes with only two cars ahead of me, I felt it was time to write a review. Once you're in the car line, you're stuck; there's no way to get out. It's frustrating. If you're not going to resolve the staffing shortage, consider closing the drive-thru or selling the franchise.

I placed an online order from Wendy's, and overall, it was disappointing. The fries were small and soggy, and the burger arrived cold. The bacon was so tough that I almost broke a tooth. I asked for unsweetened tea with lemon, but since they were out of lemons, they replaced it with lemonade without my consent. The menu looked promising, but the experience did not meet expectations. Where do I even begin: First off, the chick running the front counter was personality-free, not to mention rude. Second, their scanner was broken, so I couldn?t earn points in the app (they still let me use a coupon in the app, by inputting the discount in the register manually without using my app), which sucked because I have a lot of points. ???

This is a letdown. A few years ago, I encountered a problem with my fries, and the staff were apologetic when I mentioned it. I decided to take a break from returning for a while. When I finally came back, the food was cold and stale, which was really disappointing. That's two strikes. Why would I keep going back when I prefer Wendy's?

My wife and I had lunch there today, and we were quite disappointed. The fries were cold, and my burger was only lukewarm at best. Additionally, my wife's chicken sandwich was also served cold. To make matters worse, there was no ketchup in the dispenser. This was around noon, and the restaurant was fairly empty.

My husband almost ate a black bread bag clip less than a week after he had oral surgery. I got an I'm sorry over the phone along with yes that's exactly what was in the burger and the offer of a free meal. The employee offered all the apology they could. Corporate on the other hand said NOTHING. Book a table now

My wife and I visited Wendy's today, and sadly, the fries were cold, and my burger was only slightly warm. Her chicken sandwich was also served cold. Adding to our disappointment, there was no ketchup available for the doner. This happened around noon when the restaurant was empty.
