It was a chilly night and hadn't had beef soondubu in a while. This spot was my go to for years! Make sure to pop the egg in while to soup is boiling hot. The food was still the same delicious Korean comfort food that I remember. I get medium spice, but their soups can be customized to your preferred spiciness level. The kimchi pancakes are also satisfyingly crispy on the outside, a perfect appetizer to share. Plenty of side dishes come with your meal too.
