The food was good. The charbroiled chicken could be more flavorful. I’m from NJ so I’m used to it having a lot more flavor. The cilantro rice was excellent though. Some of the best that I’ve had. The family meal deal was good. We had the whole charbroiled chicken, cilantro rice, beans, salad and a 2-liter soda it was about $33. I didn’t like that the tables and seats were not cleaned off before we sat down and the garbage cans were overflowing! That was pretty gross for a restaurant. The staff was friendly and service was quick.
I'll go out of my way to eat at Lima's. I had no idea how much I like Peruvian BBQ until I found this sleepy little joint. Any of their signatures are fantastic and, even though it's cafeteria style service, the flavors hit you right in the face! The food is fantastic and there's a handful of items that you'd have a hard time finding anywhere outside of a big city or South America. If you get the opportunity make sure you stop in and grab a half a chicken, and some tostones. You will not be disappointed!
Poor customer service, unfortunately they were very nice at the beginning but now is like they don’t care, I was told that the if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else. Very sad, it gives a very bad impression of the Latino community when most of the people are super nice, caring and with good customer service manners. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
