Very hard to fine good, authentic Trini food in NJ. I ordered buss up, curry chicken, potato and pumpkin.. The buss up was white and dry and the curry chicken was not cook properly had a unfinished after taste from not cooking the curry long enough.Is it that hard to cook Trini food if you from Trinidad!! So disappointed, my search continues…
The cashiers were helpful for our first time there. Food was amazing! A lot of vegetarian and vegan options as well. Vegetarian options: There’s a variety of different veggies, Chana, and daal, as well as an amazing smoothie bar.
The doubles and pholourie were absolutely delicious! I haven't tried the curry goat roti I ordered yet, but the tamarind sauce is definitely a perfect 10/10. We also received our food quickly!

Great customer service, you could dine in, oxtails with rice and peas was delicious. Chicken patties was very good.
I recommend avoiding the jerk chicken; it was tough and chewy, almost rubbery. Order something else instead!
