Food was your typical New England style Chinese and the pupu platter was your average Chinese food to expect. My major issue with this place was the dude working at the front desk. I was visiting for the weekend and placed a takeout order. When we got there the door was propped open, people could be seen eating inside, and so we walked in and began paying for our meal with the woman at the cash register. Just as we’re wrapping up payment, a young man comes out of the kitchen and yells at us “you can’t be in here!” I asked what he meant as the woman was taking our money and we didn’t see any signage that indicated it was curbside only/nor were we told when picking it up. I am staying at the Freeport Hotel and your place was suggested. I judge a Chinese restaurant by their hot and sour soup and the crab Rangoon’s I have to say, both of them are with perfection. The hot and sour soup has so much ingredients in it, thick and spicy. I really hate it when you go places and there’s like nothing in it this is wonderful, so I highly recommend it to everyone. I stopped by for dinner and really appreciated how easy it was to call in and pick up my order. I got the pu pu platter for two, and while our favorite item was the beef teriyaki, the rest of the platter was just okay. The fried rice was well-prepared, with a wonderful wok hay flavor and aroma; however, I felt it could have used more vegetables and egg. I definitely recommend adding another entrée or some veggies to accompany it. Although we ordered quite a bit of fried food, none of the dishes felt overly greasy or salty. I’d love to try some of their other menu items in the future!
I ordered the vegetable lo mein, and it was absolutely delicious! During my visit, they were only open for takeout, so I enjoyed my meal at a picnic table outside. I plan to go back soon to sample some other dishes! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been visiting Li's for many years, and the food has consistently been outstanding, along with the exceptional service. I can't recommend them highly enough as a fantastic spot to grab a meal. They have the best lo mein in the entire state!
