I went to pick up my order last time and ended up waiting longer than necessary because one of the employees (a larger guy, hard to miss) was harassing an older gentleman during the checkout. It's clear that older customers may not be as familiar with using debit cards, making it tougher for them. Yet, the big guy kept aggressively asking, "SIR, WOULD YOU LIKE TO LEAVE A TIP?!" It would have been simple to just select the no tip option and keep things moving, but he seemed intent on claiming what he thought he was owed. In my opinion, the clerk was quite rude. I also noticed that one of their windows was boarded up, as if someone had deliberately broken it, likely due to the poor service.
Okay I usually go to the Little Caesars that's in El Monte but we happen to be in La Puente area and I went to the one off Amar I will never go there again. Apparently they use plastic cheese or something the cheese was horrible on that pizza the one in El Monte uses good mozzarella cheese it's creamy this one was not I was very disappointed these are probably franchised that's why this one decided to use cheaper cheese it was not good at all
I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night to pick up a pizza to go. Although there was a line, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my pre-made pepperoni pizza in under five minutes. I really wish every Little Caesars operated with this level of speed and efficiency!
Whenever I go to this location my pizza is NEVER in the pizza portal like it’s supposed to be. Which mean I ALWAYS have to wait. This will be my last time going to this location since the last two times my food was over cooked and basically inedible. ?

The Pizza Is Little Ceasars Pizza , Just Pizza The Breadsticks are Bomb Tho . I Wouls Say Call Ahead If You Go For The $5 Pizza Because If You Just Show Up 8 Out Of 10 Times There Will Be No Hot And Readys .
May I suggest trying the pretzel cheese stuffed pizza as it is my personal favorite and offers great value for money. It's definitely worth a try if you haven't had the chance yet.
Pizza is good, but this place seems under stuff. Even if we order online or by phone ahead of time, the wait is unaseptable.
Consistently lagging on online orders and rarely utilizes the pizza portal, it's advisable to choose another location.
